This agreement is valid and effective as soon as you agree to it and begin registering with Sinabah Store under Article Ten of the Saudi Electronic Transactions System.

  • (The Agreement): Refers to the terms and conditions of this agreement.
  • Article 2 - Legal Capacity of the User: The user acknowledges that they have the recognized legal capacity to deal with the store or that they are at least eighteen years old.
  • Article 3 - Nature of Sinabah Store's Obligation: Sinabah Store's obligation toward consumers or users is to provide the service or product.
  • Article 4 - Guidelines for Using Sinabah Store: The user is committed to using Sinabah Store in accordance with public morals and the regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
  • Article 5 - Accounts and Registration Obligations: Upon applying for membership, you are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password. You are responsible for any use of your account. Sinabah Store is committed to treating your personal information with strict confidentiality.
  • Article 6 - Electronic Communications: Parties agree that communication will be via the registered mobile number and email. Electronic communications serve as legal proof meeting all statutory requirements.
  • Article 7 - Amendments to the Agreement and Fees: Sinabah Store may amend this agreement at any time. Continued use of the store after an amendment constitutes full acceptance. All fees are calculated in Saudi Riyals (SAR).
  • Article 8 - Payment Services: Sinabah Store provides payment systems through its partners (online payment options). The store is committed to providing invoices for all transactions.
  • Article 9 - Intellectual Property: All intellectual property rights of Sinabah Store, including logos, words, and symbols, are fully owned by Sinabah Store.
  • Article 10 - Liability: Sinabah Store operates in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The store is not liable for claims arising from user errors or third parties such as shipping companies.
  • Article 11 - Applicable Law: This agreement is governed and formulated according to the laws and regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
