Return and Exchange Policy
At Sinabah, we always strive to provide fresh vegetables, high quality, and fast delivery to your doorstep. Since we deal with fresh and perishable products, we are committed to transparency regarding our return and exchange policy as follows:
- Can I exchange or return a product? Yes, this is only possible in the following cases:
- If the product is damaged upon receipt.
- If the wrong product was delivered (order error).
- If the product arrives in a condition unfit for consumption. Note: You must contact us within hours of receiving the order (maximum 12 hours) with photos illustrating the condition, and the request will be handled immediately.
- Can I return sound products or change my mind after receipt? We apologize; products cannot be returned or exchanged in the following cases:
- If the product matches the order and is in sound condition.
- If the product was opened or stored incorrectly by the customer.
- If more than 12 hours have passed since receipt, due to the fresh nature of the products.
- What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect product? We apologize for this, and your satisfaction is our priority.
- Please contact us immediately via the technical support page.
- Send the order number with clear photos of the product and the issue.
- After verification, we will compensate you by either:
- Sending a replacement product for free.
- Refunding the amount paid via the same payment method.
- Who bears the delivery costs in case of exchange or return?
- If the issue is on our part (wrong or damaged product), we bear the full costs.
- If the reason is personal (such as an error in the delivery address provided by the customer), the customer bears any additional shipping costs.
- When will the refund be issued if approved? After the request is approved, the amount will be returned to your account within 7 to 14 business days, depending on the payment method and the bank.
Important Notes:
- Ensure that contact information and addresses are entered accurately to avoid any delivery issues.
- All products must be inspected immediately upon receipt.
- Products that have been used or stored incorrectly cannot be returned.
